Important Information About Online Scheduling:
When you schedule an appointment online, you may receive an automated confirmation message from Klara. Please note that receiving a Klara confirmation does not mean that your appointment has been finalized or approved by our scheduling staff.
All appointments scheduled online are reviewed by our staff to confirm that the appointment is appropriate based on the information you provide. In some circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel an appointment scheduled online. This may occur if:
- Your insurance plan is not accepted or is out of network with our practice.
- Your insurance plan requires a referral or authorization that has not been obtained.
- The reason for your visit is not a condition treated by the selected provider.
- The appointment type or location is not appropriate for your needs.
- There is a past-due balance on the account that must be resolved.
- Additional information is needed before the appointment can be finalized.
If a change is needed, you will be contacted by our scheduling team. Once all information has been verified, a staff member will send you a final confirmation of your appointment.
